OK a bit of a blip this week. I can throw up all sorts of excuses – the kids were both away on separate holidays and I was feeling a bit blue and ate/drank too much, Steve was cooking and cooked some fabulously delicious but not especially healthy meals, the weather wasn’t great so I didn’t walk as much as I should, we went out at the weekend and hadn’t planned food so I ended up eating junk …… but when it comes down to it (and as my 12-14 fitness mentor Helen told me) it’s all down to me, I can make the decision not to eat stuff or to eat less or to walk more and excuses don’t cut the mustard.
So I didn’t lose anything this week. But at least I didn’t put anything on either.Back to the drawing board!
